Regional Manager RHM North / East
You are the point of contact for customers in northern and eastern Germany – and at the same time a service technician, troubleshooter and problem solver for direct customers and our partners on site.
Your role
As Regional Manager RHM North / East, you combine customer support with technical service. You are the first point of contact, coordinate assignments, solve issues pragmatically and work closely with our team in Renningen.
This includes service and maintenance work for direct customers as well as supporting partners in your region.
What you bring
Solid mechanical or electrical vocational training and technical understanding – e.g. as a service technician, mechatronics engineer, industrial mechanic or electronics technician.
Experience in machine or plant engineering, ideally with customer contact and independent working. Experience with cleaning and deburring systems is an advantage, but not essential. What matters more is reliability and the ability to solve problems on site.
Region
Northern and eastern Germany – with a home office component and travel to customers and partners. You work regionally, not remotely from afar.
