Which cleaning and deburring systems do you service?
Cleaning and deburring systems are our core. The focus is Piller Entgrattechnik – including service, maintenance, setup of new parts and spare parts on systems such as the RoboJet Twin. We also service systems from Schmid Cleantech, BvL, Zippel and comparable manufacturers, including peripherals such as Hammelmann high-pressure pumps.
Can I order spare parts from you?
Yes. You request the part, we identify and source it, and replace it on site if needed. If technology is missing or outdated, we modernize assemblies or the system – for Piller as well as for Schmid Cleantech, BvL and Zippel.
Do you also retrofit controls, PLC and electrics?
Yes. Our retrofit and conversion work covers mechanics and electrics – including control systems, PLC and recommissioning. Typical assignments range from axis and wear-part replacement to control upgrades and setup of new parts with NC programming.
Do you help with breakdowns and downtime?
Yes. In the event of unplanned downtime, fast fault analysis and professional on-site repair matter. We support troubleshooting on cleaning and deburring systems as well as machine tools – with the goal of returning the system to production.
What kind of retrofit projects do you handle?
Retrofit is part of our day-to-day work – mechanical and electrical. Examples: setup of new parts on a Piller RoboJet Twin; a retrofit of a Schmid Cleantech deburring and cleaning system where all axes were removed and wear parts replaced; and machine tools such as a mechanical retrofit on an EMAG Trio machine.
Are you tied to one manufacturer?
No. We work across manufacturers. You keep one contact for service, maintenance, retrofit and spare parts – independent of the equipment builder. The focus is Piller Entgrattechnik; plus Schmid Cleantech, BvL, Zippel and comparable systems.
Do you also service machine tools?
Yes. Maintenance, repair, retrofit and commissioning for lathes and milling machines – including Heller and EMAG – are part of our offering.
What is your service area?
We are based in Renningen, Baden-Württemberg. From there we work across Germany and internationally – depending on the project and urgency, directly at your system.
